About the Role
The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in the growth and success of the sales team by supporting the VP of Sales and Customer Success manager through customer research and analysis, sales forecasting and reporting, CRM management, and Ad Hoc tasks as assigned. This internal role will be integral to SOLARCYCLE’s acquisition of new customers, maintenance and growth of existing customers, and company expansion over the coming years. The successful application will be self motivated, able to work independently and as a part of a team, open to learning new skills, and excited about the idea of joining and helping to grow a fast moving and ambitious clean technology start up.
The Customer Success Manager will create and perform complex recycling and financial models, and generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on technical requirements, project economics, and financial information acquired through a variety of channels. S/he will utilize the CRM tools to provide the team with a consistent and accurate view of company sales activity and come to SOLARCYCLE with passion and experience in financial and business modeling. The customer success manager will work closely with the sales and operations teams.
