Overview

The Director of Sales Operations will provide leadership, vision and strategy in driving sales productivity, integration across departments, revenue growth, and will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales team, including strategy, planning, execution, and tracking of sales initiatives. This individual will focus on developing new systems for tracking and reporting all leads, forecasts, and progress toward goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Engineering, to ensure alignment of sales goals and objectives with the company's vision to ensure customer success, effective and efficient commission structures, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who possess a strong background in B2B sales management, business development, and operations, preferably within the renewable industry. Additionally, you will be a proven strategic and entrepreneurial sales super star looking for a new challenge. You thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments and are ready to take on a wide variety of challenges. Must have strong experience in CRM management, reporting, commission structures, and the tools sales teams need to succeed.
